Can I suggest you interact a bit more with the players. Possibly tough as a one man moderator, but it is essential for any good TH to know that the moderator is around and reacting. Especially with time running out.

As of now, none of us seems to have ANY idea where to go. So, today being sunday, most of us will go OUT. So, even if you don't give unnecessary clues, do give some sense of direction. Else the most alluring one is out the door. Please take this as constructive criticism A guy my age should not be doing this really.
